a long times...

Wrong - do not eat breakfast. Grabbed it to eat lunch.

True - your body will fatigue after a lack of Nutrients during the night. Breakfast is an important meal to boost metabolism the energy. Because if will take your lunch and dinner too much without knowing it. Do not be afraid of eating breakfast, because the energy is going to use during the day.


Wrong - Do not eat after 6pm because it will make you fat.

True - not about when you eat. But it is more important than what you eat. Even if you eat pizza at 5pm, it will make you fat. Moreover if you don’t want uncomfortable when you sleep you should not eat full.

Wrong-Grease and flour is villain for health.

True - not to get rid of. But what you should do is limit the type and amount of carbohydrates and grease is manipulated. Carbohydrates and fats are useful and essential nutrients to the body. You should eat unsaturated fats such as olive oil, sea fish and flour through attrition as much as polished such as rice, red beans, lean meats and starches, is a villain damaged health with food stains.

Wrong- hardly do an exercise makes strong body.

True- Being too violent with exercise would only make your body hurt. Doing exercise is a good thing. But it does not have to do every day, at least 3-4 days a week.  Just half an hour a day is enough. The rest let your body recover some muscle.
Wrong- Money can buy healthy

True - no need to waste a lot of money, it is healthy. You can go jogging or cycling at the park near the house. Or make a bottle of water and lift the dumbbell-mail to fit under the arm muscles as well. You do not need to eat vitamins. Just eat a lot of different kind of food only.
Wrong- if you are not ill not fat do not worry about health.

True- Being healthy, not just skinny, not fat or not sick, some skinny people have high cholesterol than obese people, health is your own life. Do not wait until you cannot go then turned to take care of your health.

Wrong- Healthy is difficult to take care.

 True- Healthy is not difficult to take care. We just need to pay attention to life a little bit. Just follow the simple eating is useful. Exercise regularly, enough relax and clear mind. Try to live a little. You will be happy to pile up.
